The above rental charges are inclusive of electricity (except pool heating), water, air conditioning/heating, telephone calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico, state taxes & housekeeping/cleaning before and after your stay, maintenance of the gardens and service/cleaning/maintenance of the swimming pool throughout your stay, complimentary use of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball area, use of linens, towels, including pool towels and all furniture, fixtures and fittings.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £125
